Has KPLC ever been any competent? And why does it continue to walk with arogance as though we’re not any human? At times,sincerely speaking, I detest being a Kenyan because of this monopoly, which holds Kenyans at ransom. I got disconnected the other day because of a 766 shilling bill. The power guy told me if I ever wanted to have it restored, then I should give him – yes give him – 500 bob reconnection fee. I didn’t and had to pay around 1340/=. Lady luck was on my side. When another guy was sent to reconnect my power, he didn’t gert anyone around. So he left me with two fuses – I only needed one – and if they ever disconnect, I still have a backup!
